The short version: chillichalli collects minimal data, uses no user accounts, and does not store your calculator inputs on any server. Calculator state lives in the URL hash — in your browser — and stays there.

What we collect directly

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-preserving, cookie-free, and aggregates visit counts and referrer data without identifying individual users. We do not set cookies of our own and do not run any first-party tracking scripts beyond this.

Advertising and third-party services

We use Mediavine to manage the advertisements on chillichalli. Mediavine serves advertisements through a network of advertising partners. These partners may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visits to chillichalli and other websites, in order to serve you with advertisements that are more relevant to your interests.

Mediavine works with demand-side platforms (DSPs) that bid on ad inventory, supply-side platforms (SSPs) that facilitate ad auctions, advertisers purchasing ad space directly, and analytics providers measuring ad performance.

Calculator inputs

When you use a calculator on this site, your inputs are processed entirely in your browser. Values are reflected in the page URL (after the # symbol) so you can bookmark or share results. We do not transmit these values to any server or store them anywhere we control.

Contact requests

If you email us via the address on the Contact page, your email and any information you provide will be used only to respond to your inquiry and will not be added to any marketing list.

Your choices and controls
